- Subscription orders ship free, every time.

Tracking
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of ordering on a working day, email us, something's gone wrong and we'll fix it.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try it for 30 days. If you don't feel a difference, email hello@mendsupplements.co with your order number and we'll refund you in full, no need to return the bottle. We'd rather you donate the unused product to a friend than send it back.
This guarantee applies once per customer, on your first order. It covers both one-time purchases and the first month of a subscription.
Subscription cancellation

Damaged or missing items
Email hello@mendsupplements.co within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or refund the same day.
